Gillian Green
"Hi, I'm Gill. Before I took this job I worked as a Childrens' Counsellor for The Children's Society (not a Counsellor for the Council !) for 6 years and a lot of these children were in the care of the Local Authority or placed with Foster Carers. The reason I took this job was that I believe in justice and fairness for both children and adults and understand that children do not always have a voice in the adult world."
Rod Kippen
"I've worked with young people in Oldham for over 10yrs. I work for the Children's Rights Service as I feel it is vital that young people know, and use their rights to get the best possible care they deserve. I am very happy to work for young people in care in Oldham."
